Range Rover is voted the best car for an intimate liaison.

Extramarital dating site IllicitEncounters.com has surveyed its 900,000 members to produce a definitive list of the best cars to have sex in.

Not  surprisingly, the Range Rover took pole position with an excellent amount of space in the back and the high roof allowing great headroom, which could be vital in a “situation”.

The luxurious Mercedes S Class with its wide, comfortable seats and a smooth ride make it perfect for a little illicit action, took second place. The strong but still sexy BMW 5-Series came third in the race to recline.

Members were also questioned about the last time they got frisky behind the wheel with more than one in three (36%) admitting they had “done it” in the last six months.

“With nearly a million members in the UK all looking to conduct secret relationships, sometimes the car is the only place available to get down to business, so who better than our members to rate them in order of practicality, comfort, maneuverability and sex appeal,” explained Mike Taylor of IllicitEncounters.com
