Land Rover Discovery Sport unleashed

First official pictures of the “the world’s most versatile premium compact SUV” released.

Land Rover has unveiled the New Discovery Sport – the seven-seater that will take on the likes of the Audi Q5, BMW X3 and Porsche Macan when it goes on sale next year.

The first member of the new Discovery family, the Sport is inspired by the Discovery Vision Concept, revealed at the New York Auto Show in April 2014.

“Versatility is a fundamental element of the Discovery family and with 5+2 seating, generous load space and configurable seating the new Discovery Sport truly deserves to wear the Discovery badge,” said Gerry McGovern, Land Rover’s Design Director and Chief Creative Officer.

Land Rover has teamed up with Virgin Galactic to offer four friends the chance to win a once-in-a-lifetime trip to space to coincide with the launch the New Land Rover Discovery Sport.
