Hyundai signs soccer superstars

FIFA partner Hyundai selects Iker Casillas and Ricardo Kaká for World Cup roles.

Hyundai has chosen Spaniard Iker Casillas and Brazilian Ricardo Kaká as its worldwide brand ambassadors for the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil.

Casillas, currently goalkeeper with Real Madrid CF, has participated in three World Cups, while Kaká has represented Brazil at World Cups since 2002 and was FIFA World Player of the Year in 2007.

As brand ambassadors, the footballers will play a central role in building relationships between Hyundai Motor and football fans, through a broad range of marketing activities this year including TV and print ads, digital marketing programs and on-site events.

Jaguar recently signed David Beckkam and Jose Mourinho as two of its brand ambassadors.
