Polestar’s exciting glimpse into motoring’s future

Polestar Precept concept

Polestar has shared more details about its stunning Precept concept car, which previews the design direction and technology of its future models.

The Swedish luxury EV maker has released video tour footage and more pictures of its dream car which was denied its debut at the cancelled 2020 Geneva Motor Show.

“People ask me all the time, ‘what is the future of Polestar?’, and of course we are not showing our future models just yet,” said Polestar CEO Thomas Ingenlath.

“But Precept shows you where we will be heading – our design direction, our ambitions about sustainability and the great digital user experience we will bring with those future cars. Precept showcases our future, not as a fancy dream or something out of a sci-fi movie. This is our reality, to come.”

Design highlights include a vegan interior with high levels of recycled content, a roof-mounted LIDAR pod for future autonomous driving and safety tech, plus an Android-powered infotainment system and a 15-inch digital dashboard.
