A Bugatti Chiron with just 1,000 miles on the clock is set to net its owner a seven-figure profit.
The first used example for sale in the UK has soared in value to £3.6 million – an increase of £1.1 million over its list price of £2.5 million.
On sale at Surrey-based supercar dealer Romans International, the all-black Chiron was one of the first to have been delivered to the UK and is one of just 500 examples that Bugatti plans to build over the next 10 years.
It’s no ordinary Chiron either – its owner ticked the options for a leather and carbon interior at an eye-watering £53,000 and carbon fibre seats for nearly £16,000.
The 261mph Chiron develops an enormous 1,479bhp, thanks to its monster W16 engine boosted by four turbochargers.
“Although the Chiron is not yet sold out, if you place an order today you will be waiting at least three or four years before the car could be built and delivered, so we are offering the chance to ‘jump the queue’ but of course there is a hefty premium to pay for this privilege,” said Tom Jaconelli, Director of Romans International.
“We often see the world’s most beautiful and expensive cars in our showroom but the Bugatti Chiron is the ultimate, it’s the most desirable car in the world today and we’re thrilled to have the first example openly for sale on the market.”
