Vauxhall is hoping it’ll be game, set and match to its new Adam Grand Slam range-topper.
The new top-of-the-range Vauxhall Adam Grand Slam is set to make its UK debut at Autosport International 2015 (January 8-11) at the NEC Birmingham.
Previewed at the Geneva and Frankfurt Motor Shows, the Grand Slam features special design features, an uprated 1.4-litre turbo petrol engine and chassis, plus a VXR braking system.
The Grand Slam has a more muscular look than regular Adam with a front lip spoiler, side sill mouldings and an extended rear bumper cut-out with a bold exhaust tailpipe.
A total of 10 body paint choices and four further roof combinations are available with the Red ʼn‘ Roll roof design. The distinctive rear spoiler above the rear window and the special Adam logo on the C pillars complete the look.
Inside, the driver and front passenger can choose between four different types of seats, three of which are exclusively available for the Grand Slam, including Recaro Performance seats in Morrocana or nappa leather.
There’s also an optional leather package including black and red steering wheel, gear knob and handbrake, plus red and white lighting for the instrument panels and doors.
Orders will open for the Adam Grand Slam in January 2015, but prices are not yet available.
