Exclusive topless Citroen DS3

Get your skates on if you want to own one of only 10 right hand drive Citroen DS3 Cabrio Racing specials.

The rally-inspired DS3 is now on sale, but out of 100 examples worldwide, just 10 examples are coming to the UK.

Citroën says the limited edition “combines sporting performance, dynamic styling and the pleasure of top-down driving”.

The hot cabriolet costs £29,305 and its four-cylinder 1.6-litre turbo can do 0-60mph in 6.5 seconds and reach 145mph.  The DS3 Cabrio Racing’s 207hp engine delivers 30% more power and 15% more torque than the standard unit on which it is based.

Other modifications include high-performance suspension with adapted front and rear shock absorbers, widening of the front and rear tracks by 30mm, while the whole car has been lowered by 15mm.

It comes in Moondark matt grey, features red stripes down each of its doors, a black fabric roof and 18-inch black ‘Nemesis’ sports alloy wheels complemented by red DS logo centre caps and red painted brake callipers.

The DS3 Cabrio Racing is based on the top level specification DSport trim, which includes LED daytime running lights, automatic digital air conditioning and rear parking sensors.
